Evenkeel is a small psychotherapy practice offering online and face-to-face CBT or EMDR. Online appointments via webcam or phone are available to people throughout the UK. Weekday early evening and Saturday morning appointments are available in Carmarthen. Other services available are: training, consultancy, clinical supervision and expert witness.

Hello, my name is Dr Dean Whybrow and I am a clinical nurse specialist in psychological therapies. I have significant experience in offering both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to adults of working age in current employment. I am recognised by a range of insurance companies including: AVIVA, AXA/PPP, and BUPA.

Competency

I maintain competency through a programme of continuous training and regular clinical supervision. This consists of attending workshops, master classes or conferences. I also receive a minimum of monthly supervision for my clinical practice. This means that I talk through key elements of my clinical work in order to ensure that I am being as effective a resource as I can for you as you progress with therapy.
